2. Work Policy:

3. Billing Policy:
Payment Structure: We follow a two-step payment process.
80% Payment After Packing: Upon completion of packing, 80% of the total amount is due.
20% Payment After Delivery: The remaining 20% is payable upon successful delivery.

a) Moving Quote Verification:
We thoroughly reviewed the moving quote you provided. Generally, our services are limited to the scope outlined in the quotation.
An extra charge will apply if you require additional services or tasks beyond those covered in the moving quote.
b) Transit Insurance Requirement:
Client Responsibility: Before shifting goods, the client must purchase transit insurance.
Company Liability: Our moving company will not be held responsible for any damage during transit.
Claim Process: If transit insurance is taken, clients can file a claim for damages directly with the insurance company.

5. Disclaimer:
We adhere to strict guidelines regarding the items we handle during packing and moving.
Excluded Items: Cash, Jewellery, Public property without proper authorisation, Government property without permission, Fuel, Ammunition, and Explosives.
